With the brilliant Jill Douglas MBE interviewing the authors, Stewart and Malcolm, in The Captain's Lounge at Kingsholm Stadium in Gloucester, they shared their insights into why the often-overlooked sector of small-medium businesses is so important for the growth of the economy. And why leadership and vision are crucial for financial leadership to occur and transform strategy into actionable success of an organisation.
